How do I make a crypto donation?
Go to the donate page, choose a dollar amount, and pick the cryptocurrency you'd like to give. You'll get a secure checkout with a payment address and the exact crypto amount. Send it from your wallet, and you'll receive an on-chain receipt — it takes just a few minutes.
What is the minimum donation?
The minimum is $1. You can give any amount above that. For very small gifts, a low-fee coin like Litecoin, Dogecoin, or Solana means more of your donation reaches the cause.
Do you accept credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers?
No — we accept donations only in cryptocurrency, on purpose. Crypto is more transparent (every gift is verifiable on-chain), carries lower fees, and never exposes your bank or card details. You can read the full reasoning on our Why Crypto page.
What happens after I donate?
Your gift is recorded on a public blockchain and confirmed within minutes. Funds are then allocated to a program and converted as needed to cover real costs — food, shelter, medicine — through local partners. Spending is reported back so you can see the impact.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Every donation produces an on-chain transaction ID that serves as a permanent, verifiable receipt. If you add your email at checkout, we can also send a confirmation.
How do I know my donation was actually received?
Because crypto donations are public, you can look up your transaction ID on a blockchain explorer and confirm it arrived — independently, without taking our word for it. See our Transparency page for how every gift is traced.
Can I choose which program my gift supports?
Yes. At checkout you can direct your donation to a specific program — food, shelter, medical care, children's education, or emergency relief — or let us send it where the need is sharpest.
Can I donate from anywhere in the world?
Yes. Crypto is borderless, so anyone with a wallet can give in minutes — no currency conversion or local bank relationship required.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
It depends on your country and our charitable registration, which we're finalizing. We provide a receipt for every gift; please check your local rules. Our article on crypto donation tax covers the general principles.
